Our goods are dispatched and the majority of orders will arrive within 3 to 5 working days but please allow up to 7 days.
Delivery are conducted usually via Royal Mail in their normal mode of delivery. For failed deliveries please call the number on the delivery card to arrange re-delivery, also check with local sorting office on non delivery of larger parcels.
Back ordered items: In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, our operators will advise the expected date of availability. Orders are normally dispatched complete and only one charge is made per order, however where appropriate orders will be shipped in stages without extra postage being charged.
We dispatch to UK and Europe as set out below and each order is calculated to that .
Europe zone 1*: Belgium, Channel Islands, Corsica, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland,Luxembourg, Monaco and The Netherlands.
Europe zone2**: Austria, Azores, Balearic Isles, Cyprus, Czech Rep, Estonia, Finland,Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Madeira, Malta, Norway,Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Sardinia, Sicily, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
BFPO orders are initially charged at our specified rate per order. Any additional charge from BFPO will be charged retrospectively.
Next Day Delivery
Only applicable for telephone or website orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays and for delivery to UK mainland only, charges as specified in our order tariff, a tracking number will be issued to follow through Royal Mail website.

Customers not living in The UK are not exempt from VAT.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days, in its original packaging, suitable for resale as new, for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com for a Returns Authorisation Number, which must be entered on the Return document (reverse of invoice).Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Regretfully postage/delivery charges are not refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please obtain a proof of postage, as Best For Baby cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.
Nappies and related products are hygiene sensitive, unless faulty or unopened we are unable to accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
